What does a session look like?
Every session is unique and completely tailored to what your soul needs. I only receive messages that you are ready to hear and that you are comfortable sharing. The goal is for you to leave the session feeling better—whether physically, emotionally, or in relation to a specific situation, or all of the above!
How does energy healing work?
We all have the ability to attune ourselves to act as a conduit for Reiki energy—the life-force energy of the universe. Anyone can develop this connection, receive messages, and experience deep energetic shifts. Like a muscle, the more you work with it, the stronger the flow becomes. I have been practicing and developing these abilities for about 10 years.
How can I prepare?
To prepare for your session, consider setting an intention, bringing any questions you have, and having a journal handy to jot down insights. Try to clear your mind for five minutes beforehand—but don’t worry if you can’t, I’ll guide you through it! For the session, you’ll need a private space where you won’t be disturbed. You should be able to relax comfortably—whether on a couch or bed. Headphones are a plus!
You’re welcome to bring anything that enhances your experience—sage, crystals, an eye mask, or anything else you feel called to. These tools can help deepen your connection, but they’re completely optional. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and open to the session.
Do I need to talk about my trauma for energy healing to work?
No! That’s the beauty of energy healing—you don’t have to relive or discuss your traumatic story unless you want to. Instead, we can simply focus on the uncomfortable emotions you’re ready to release, allowing you to step into your power with ease and alignment. Once those emotions are cleared, it often becomes significantly easier to process and think about the traumatic experience from a place of greater peace and clarity.
How many sessions do I need?
As many or as few as you feel called to! Trust your intuition and do what feels right for your journey—whether that’s a single session or ongoing support.
